Winston AI Chatbot
The following terms of use are intended to inform users of the limitations and usage guidelines of the Winston artificial intelligence chatbot (“Winston”) provided by Inflect, Inc. (“Inflect” or “we”) within the Inflect website.
The user is defined as the person accessing and/or using Winston.
Please read these terms of use carefully before engaging with Winston. By accessing and/or using Winston, you acknowledge and agree to each of these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, we recommend refraining from accessing or using Winston.
General Information.
Winston is an automated chatbot system developed by Inflect that is generated by an artificial intelligence language model. Winston is designed to provide its users with information and assistance and to answer various questions posed by users related to Inflect’s services and, in some cases, the products and services of the companies with which Inflect is associated or otherwise has knowledge.
Liability.
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information through Winston, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information provided. Winston may, at times, provide information that is inaccurate, inconsistent, outdated, or biased. Therefore, we encourage you to independently verify any information provided by Winston before taking any action or making any business decisions based on the information received. Winston’s content is not intended to be offensive or discriminatory. If you find any content that is offensive or discriminatory, please report it to us immediately. Inflect assumes no responsibility or liability for the use or interpretation of, or reliance upon, any content or information provided by Winston.
We are continuously working to improve the accuracy and quality of Winston’s AI-generated content. Inflect expressly reserves the right to modify, add or delete Winston functionalities without notice, or to discontinue Winston temporarily or permanently. Inflect provides no guarantee for the user’s uninterrupted access to Winston. Inflect is not obliged to provide Winston for any fixed or specified period of time. Inflect, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliated companies and representatives do not accept any liability regarding the information or content provided by Winston and cannot be held liable for any actions, losses, or damages resulting from its use.
User’s use of Winston.
Winston is intended for use solely by persons who are at least 18 years old. Its use is intended strictly for business purposes and not for personal use. By using Winston, the user agrees:
not to post, send or share defamatory, offensive, intimidating, illegal, racist, discriminatory, obscene or inappropriate content in any form through Winston.
not to use Winston to conduct illegal or statutorily prohibited activities.
not to attempt to compromise the security of Winston or access confidential information of Inflect or its clients.
not to copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of Winston or any part that composes it, without our prior written consent.
Data Privacy and Security.
We prioritize the privacy and security of our users' information. Be aware that each user’s conversations with Winston may be reviewed by our teams to improve results. Do not share in your conversation through Winston any personal information or any business information that is not useful and/or requested for handling your assistance request.
