The Novocom data center, located on Bir Uttam Rafiqul Islam Avenue in Dhaka, offers a range of features to ensure reliability and security. The data center has a power capacity of 300 kW with a density of 2 kW per rack. It is equipped with 2N redundant UPS systems and N+1 standby generators, providing a high level of power redundancy.

For cooling, the data center employs N+1 redundant CRAC/CRAH systems, which help maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels for the equipment. The facility also utilizes a hot aisle/cold aisle configuration to maximize cooling efficiency.

Security is a top priority at the Novocom data center. The site is protected by 24/7 on-site security personnel, CCTV surveillance, and biometric access controls. Additionally, the data center is designed to meet TIA-942 Tier III standards, ensuring a high level of physical security and reliability.

In terms of connectivity, the data center offers multiple carrier options for customers, providing diverse and robust connectivity solutions. The facility also has access to major internet exchanges, ensuring low-latency and high-speed connections.
